I gathered some friends, and we had our first meal assembly session. We made 12 meals and I have been hooked ever since. I can not describe what a blessing this has been for our family. I can't decide if I love freezer meals because it saves money and trips to the grocery store, or because meal prep is so easy that our babysitter or my husband can prepare the meals.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees; oil an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix ingredients in a bowl using an electric mixer on low speed. Bake 15 minutes.

Add a few teaspoons of finely chopped jalapeno to the onion and beef when you saute them for extra heat. For even more spiciness, you can add some dried cloves and cayenne to the homemade chili seasoning.

Eat seasonal foods. This will help you enjoy and give thanks for the season that you're in, and seasonal foods are the tastiest and best for your health. Winter is a great time to eat hearty casseroles and slow cooked chili recipes.

You could use a theme for the custom cookbook. It could be a book of breakfast recipes or a book of dessert recipes. You could make it a style of cooking, say a book of barbecue recipes or slow cooker chili. There are a lot of Asian recipes out there so it could be based on that type of theme as well.
